Today's New Moon in Aries is incredibly potent...and even that might be an understatement. With 8 planets in Aries, including Aries' ruling planet MARS - all planets currently direct, in the era of the SATURN-NEPTUNE conjunction at 0 degrees Aries, with the 2025 - 2028 Minor Grand Trine activated, too - we are at the beginning of a pivotal time of courageous action and manifestation of desires.
It's also a time when painful situations may come up that require plenty of courage to face. And thanks to the brave nature of Aries, we're much more likely to hold it all in the light to transmute what's emerging rather than stuff it away out of fear or overwhelm.
My spirit guides brought me back to Year of the Fire Horse energy when I tapped into the essence of this new moon. This is *~it~*!! And though the sun moved into Aries on March 20, this is when we're likely to feel the energy of the Western astrological new year take root and begin to blossom. Think of something huge - like the Hadron Collider - just beginning to activate. That's exactly the feeling in the air. "The board is set; the pieces are moving," or will be soon, to quote Gandalf in The Lord of the Rings.
Keep in mind that we are approaching the MARS-SATURN and MERCURY-SATURN conjunctions on April 19 and 20, where our patience will be tested and tenacity and willpower will be required to see our long-term success through (more on that in a future post).
